With a huge variety of fish species to chose from we can travel from 1 mile to 30miles depending on the desired game and length of charter. During the fall and winter the target species are Grouper, Snapper, Redfish, Mackerel and Cobia. Typically for Grouper and Snapper we like to use a bottom fishing approach. When bottom fishing it is not unusual to see 8-10 different species of fish. Cobia, however require a good eye and quick hand as we sight fish for these prized game fish. During the spring and summer months the emphasis switches over to much larger game fish. This time of year the target species are Tarpon, Shark, Snook and Permit. Our area is fortunate to have a little know Tarpon fishery that rivals the world famous Boca Grande. These amazingly powerful fish will test even the most hardened of angler. With amazing runs and their own type of aerial ballet they are one of the most prized game fish in the world. Includes: Bait, Tackle and Licenses.
