Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : 20% of online booking will be required for all reservations and the card will be kept on file until the remaining balance is charged on the day of the scheduled trip. Cancelations within 7 days of the scheduled trip will result in a 50% charge of the agreed upon total. Cancelations within 48 hours of your scheduled trip are not permitted and will result in 100% charge of the agreed upon total. In the event of SEVERE thunderstorms or unsafe boating conditions, the scheduled trip will be canceled and there will be no charge.

All weather will be closely monitored and any cancelations regarding weather will be decided upon the day of the scheduled rental.
