Renters who cancel at least 7 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.

Note : If a cancellation is made between three to six days prior to the scheduled booking, a refund of 50% will be provided. Unfortunately, no refund can be offered if the cancellation is made less than three days before the booking date. For bookings that coincide with a holiday weekend (Friday through Monday on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and on Tuesday, July 4th, 2024) a notice of cancellation must be provided seven to ten days prior to the booking date in order to qualify for a 50% refund. Any cancellation notice given less than seven days before the booking will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of a weather emergency on the day of the booking, such as high winds or lightning, the final decision regarding the cancellation of the booking, with a full refund, rests with the captain. If there is a weather incident that occurs after the commencement of the booking, resulting in a premature end to the rental, a refund will be provided for the full remaining duration of your trip, rounded to the nearest half hour. Should there be any other scenarios in which the City of Austin or the State of Texas declares an emergency that prevents the booking from taking place, a full refund will be granted.
