Cancellations with more than 15 days notice from rental start date will receive full reservation amount less a 3% processing fee and $50.00 office fee. Cancellations with less than 15 days of rental start date forfeits half of rental rate and 3% processing fee. If conditions deemed unsatisfactory by Hayward Power Sports reservation will be refunded in full. Note: Changes or cancellations resulting in a decrease in rental value will incur a 3% processing fee and $50 office fee.
