Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers who book for a Holiday or a Holiday weekend will receive a full refund if they cancel one week (7 days) prior to their rental date. Customers cancelling 48 hours in advance will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Customers cancelling inside of 24 hours will be charged the full price. No-shows will be charged the full price.
