Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If you need to cancel, we require a 7-day notice to receive a refund less a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Note : Customer safety is number one. Heavy fog, high winds (20mph+), lightning (within 7 miles) are reasons that we may not allow rental boats to go out. These same situations may result in rental boats being recalled before the rental is complete. In either situation, we may offer a raincheck for a rental on another day of customer choice (subject to availability). If this does not fit into customer plans, a refund may be provided in part or in full as is appropriate.
