If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Deposits are required to hold a time slot. Once a deposit is paid no one will be able to book the slot you requested.
Charters cancelled within 7 days of the time slot will lose deposit.
If a charter has to be rescheduled for any reason other than bad weather(rain is not bad weather), you will have a 14 day window to put a charter back in the books. After 14 days your deposit will be forfeited.
We fish in the rain. If you choose to cancel/reschedule due to rain your deposit will be forfeited.
No shows on the day of a charter will forfeit their deposit.
Charters that have been paid in full will be refunded in the form of a charter gift certificate, if the charter has to reschedule for any reason.
