Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Reservations cancelled within 10 days will forfeit and may be charged for the full rental for all days unless boats can be re-rented.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 10 DAY NOTICE OF CANCELLATION BEFORE RESERVED RENTAL DATE.
NO SHOWS are cancellations.
Customers may receive a full refund or credit in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances determined by Twin Rivers Marina.
