Note : 20% of online booking will be required for all reservations and the card will be kept on file until the remaining balance is charged on the day of the scheduled trip. Cancelations within 7 days of the scheduled trip will result in a 50% charge of the agreed upon total. Cancelations within 48 hours of your scheduled trip are not permitted and will result in 100% charge of the agreed upon total. In the event of SEVERE thunderstorms or unsafe boating conditions, the scheduled trip will be canceled and there will be no charge. *Note: Windy, Cloudy, and light or intermittent rain showers are not considered unsafe boating conditions and the scheduled trip will not be cancelled* All weather will be closely monitored and any cancelations regarding weather will be decided upon the day of the scheduled rental.
