You have 7 days prior to reservation to cancel your booking free of charge. If cancelled within the 7 day window, you will be charged full amount and issued a credit for future use with no expiration. Reserved Time Policy: If you fail to show for your reservation, it will be forfeited. Rental time starts at the time reserved. Please check in 30 minutes prior to your reserved time to complete paperwork and renter orientation. Time lost due to late arrival or early returns will not result in a refund.
