If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Booking cancelations or rebooking requests will not be permitted within 7 days of your trip departure unless Trip Protection is purchased. If the Captain cancels for weather you will be offered a rebooking or refund. The Captain has full discretion to change a trips itinerary based on the prevailing weather conditions.
