Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Customers that cancel will be charged $100 cancellation fee unless the Captain has to call off the trip due to inclement weather. In this case, another day will be scheduled or the customer may opt for a full refund. No Shows will not be refunded.
