Just 27 miles northeast of St. Paul, Forest Lake is a quiet and quaint boating destination for fishermen and families alike. The lake itself is a series of three interconnected lakes, with Lake 1 linking to Lake 2 and Lake 2 linking to Lake 3 by marked channels. As a YBC boater, you have access to all three lakes via the channels. Our marina is located on Lake 1. Don’t be fooled by the ‘metro’ title of our location is Forest Lake- it’s a great destination if you’re looking to stay closer but get the more of the up-north feel. Members whose primary lake is Forest Lake rave about the tranquility they experience there and our exceptional Forest Lake dock staff.
