Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If we can rebook the rental, we will refund your deposit minus a 15% processing fee. If we cannot rebook the rental, you will forfeit your deposit.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : We do not give refunds for inclement weather.
