Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : South Bay Marina Rentals will determine if the weather is considered unsafe. There is no charge for cancellations, if we have determined inclement weather or that it is not safe to operate a vessel.

The cost of fuel is not included in the rental. We send you off with a full tank. When you return back to South Bay Marina, the dock master and/or South Bay Marina staff will assist you in mooring the pontoon boat next to the dock near the fuel pumps. The dockmaster will fill the tank back up and you may pay for the fuel with cash or credit card. Do not put fuel from any other location in the gas tank, a specially blended fuel with no ethanol is used for marine engines.
