Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Cancellations made 10 days or more before your reserved date are eligible for a refund of the deposit. We do charge a $100 cancellation fee plus booking fee that is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 10 days before your reserved date will be charge a $250 cancellation fee plus booking fee that is non-refundable.
