Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : Our dock crew will make the call on any severe weather preventing boats from leaving the dock. If your rental time is shortened due to weather, we will adjust your rate accordingly. If severe weather prevents you from leaving the dock, we will reschedule you free of charge.
