Cozy Cove is a private, secluded, family owned and operated resort located on 15 beautiful acres with over 1,500 feet of Kentucky Lake shoreline. Located in western Kentucky, Cozy Cove offers a full array of amenities including cabin and cottage rentals, fishing boat and pontoon rentals, along with activities for the family and so much more.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : If cancelled 60 days prior to reservation. Deposits will NOT be refunded if cancelled 59 days or less prior to reservation.

Special Policy
Deposits will be applied to the total rental costs at the end of the reserved date. Renters are responsible for any articles damaged, missing, or broken including the boat itself. Early returns and late pickups will not result in any type of refund. Boat rentals are during daylight hours ONLY for guests staying at resort. Boat rentals to the public are from 8:00AM to 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, renters are required to read and sign a rental agreement form before use of the boat is allowed.
Rates are subject to a 6% Kentucky sales tax as well as gas/oil used during use.
Deposits will be refunded, minus a 25% administrative fee and any/all bank and/or credit card fees
