Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Cancellations with less than 72 hrs notice will not be refunded. .
No refunds for late check-ins, early departures, illness, inclement weather, high water, or mechanical failure. Reservations can be made 24 hours a day online or in person at the Marina office 7 days a week, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
THM reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time due to overbooking or other circumstances outside our control. A refund will be given.

Two Herons Marina rental boats are not permitted into any other marinas, this includes Paynetown SRA, Fourwinds and any private docking areas due to the congestion of these areas. We do not allow our Rental Boats in the bay of Allens Creek.
