Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : 8 or more days prior to your reservation, you may cancel and receive a full refund minus
a $25 processing fee.
 1-7 days prior to your reservation, you may reschedule for a $25 processing fee. If the
rental is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited.
 Prior to the day of your reservation, if we can re-rent the boat then only the $25
processing fee will be charged.

Note : If we determine it will rain more than 4 hours out of the 10 hour rental period (rental
hours are 8am to 6pm) then we call a “Rain Day”. On a Rain Day the customer can get a
full refund without taking out the boat.
 If we determine it will rain less than 4 hours, then it is considered a normal day and we
fully expect the customer to take out the boat. If the customer cancels, then the $200
deposit is forfeited.
 Cancellations on the day of the rental by the customer will forfeit the entire deposit.
