Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance to receive a full refund, if made within 14 days are subject to a $100.00 cancellation charge.

Note : Cancellations due to extreme weather conditions will be determined by our trained staff with your comfort and safety a priority. A full refund will be given at that time. Multiple day reservation can only cancel/modify reservation if raining on the first day of reservation.
