At KJ Watersports we have a mission to provide excellent customer service as well as maintain a quality rental fleet. This mission goes back to our inception in 2004 when we began our business. Although our fleet continually changes, our principals do not. Over the years we have built many relationships, both locally with other businesses, as well as with great customers. It is those relationships and friendships that continue to make us strive to be the best boat rental company in the area and help provide all vacationers with great memories on the lake.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : If you cancel more than 10 days from your rental date there is no fee. If you cancel less than 10 days but more than 48 hours from your rental date then there is a 10% fee charged. There are no refunds given 48 hours or less from the rental date. If on the day you rent it is hazardous to be on the water (such as lightning or very high winds) then we will first try to move you to another day if possible, if another day will not work then a full refund will be given.
