Cancellation Policy

If they cancel between 3 and 3 days before check-in, they'll get back 100%.

Renters who cancel at least 3 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.

Note : Rental can be canceled for ANY REASON (with a full refund) 48 hours or more of ahead of scheduled pick-up time. Call for cancellations. Nortons is not responsible for weather-related cancellations with the 48 hour window.
