Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Kindly note that there will be no refunds on deposits or rentals due to weather. If you need to cancel because of weather or any reason, we have a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you do not call 72 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited.

All boat reservations are held a maximum of 30 minutes and then become available to the next renter. If you know you are running late, please give us a call and we will hold the boat until you arrive. All "No Shows" will forfeit their deposit.
Extremely dirty boats will be assessed a $25.00 cleaning fee. All boats must be returned by 7:00 pm or posted time, or are subject to a $50.00 late fee per half hour.
Each boat renter will be required to leave a driver's license that will be returned upon check-in of boat and equipment.
