Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If cancelled / rescheduled within 24 hours a $100.00 fee per boat will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation (waived in the case of foul weather). If a party will be arriving late the marina must be notified so we don't consider the party a no-show and re-rent the boat! If no-show* on day of rental, the full charge for the boat(s) reserved will be applied to the credit card.
Foul weather is determined by marina staff based on a combination of real time observations and National Weather Service predictions. Do not assume the local TV weather report is accurate, call marina for official foul weather determination. Isolated / unforeseen rain encountered during the time a rental boat is being used is not a reason for discount or refund.
A no-show is considered over one hour late for a half day rental or over two hours late for a full day rental.
Any disputed charges shall be directed to the General Manager.
