Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : We require 5 days notice to refund your deposit. After that time, the deposit is forfeited.

Note : If you decide to set sail and it begins to rain, you will not be entitled to a refund.
No reservations will be checked out if there is current weather in the area or lightening nearby.
If this occurs at your reservation time you will be given the option to reschedule on an open date or receive a full refund.
