Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : A cancellation received with greater than a 24 (48 hours on weekends and holidays), including for personal emergencies, will result in a $100.00 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be deducted form the reservation fee. A refund of the balance will be issued to the credit card used to secure the reservation. Kayaks and Paddleboards are not eligible for a cancellation fee or a refund.

A cancellation received with less than a 24 hour notice (48 hours on weekends and holidays), or a "no-show", including for personal emergencies, will forget the entire reservation fee.

If you cannot make a reservation, but still want to come another time and you know the date you would like to come, give us a call! We are happy to move your reservation to another date, subject to availability.

Note : Rain Checks are available for renters to reschedule within the same calendar year, subject to availability. A rain-check will be granted if any of the following conditions exist on the lake at the time of departure: heavy rain lasting more than 45 minutes, lightning, tornado warnings, high wind advisories, or any other condition that Pocono Action Sports Management deems unsafe boating conditions.
