Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : We refund for all weather conditions that calls for a small craft advisory, or when someone cancels within 48 hours of rental time. A processing fee of 3.5% is charged from our vendor, not from us.
