Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations MUST made 72 hours (3 days) prior to your reservation date for a refund. ONLY due to hazardous weather conditions on the date of the reservation will your rental be refunded in Full. No shows are charged in FULL. Hazardous weather conditions include heavy rain lasting more than 45 minutes, lightening, tornado warnings & high wind advisories.

Note : AN ADDITIONAL NOTE ON WEATHER: For some in your group, it may be too hot, for some too cold, for others too windy – we want everyone to have a good time however, weather is not perfect AND we do not have a crystal ball to determine what the weather will be on your rental date. If you are looking for perfect weather… we live in the northeast… it’s probably not going to happen… so don’t book a boat. If you are looking to make memories with your family & friends and can still have fun if it is overcast, drizzly, hot, humid, then we are the place for you! Tuck in a cove, put up (or down) the Bimini and make the best of it – you can all stare at each other on the couch in the Winter!
