Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Must pay in full at the time of reservation. Subject to 72 hour cancellation policy. If reservation is cancelled outside of 72 hours BEFORE your reservation Date, A refund minus $100 deposit will be given in the same manner as reservation made (i.e. paid with credit card, refund will be put back on same credit card). If reservation is cancelled within 72 hours.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : NO REFUNDS DUE TO BAD WEATHER. We will, in certain circumstances give a rain check that will be subject to certain dates, times and restrictions.
