Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : RENTER understands that when the watercraft is reserved, it is no longer available for other
customers and therefore CATFISH JACKS LLC cannot commit the watercraft to another customer
during the reserved dates. Consequently, in the event RENTER cancels, changes date, shortens the
rental period, or any other way to change the rental period, the entire rental shall still be due and
payable.
