Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : *We require a 48 hour cancellation notice, for a cancellation of less than 48 hours a charge of $100 will be taken from your deposit. A cancellation of less than 24 hours will incur a $150 charge.
