We offer boat and waverunner rental on Houghton Lake, Michigan. All boat leasing is at the American Oak Resort office located at 112 Jefferson across the street from the units. If you are leasing a condo, you make take your leased watercraft and park in the designated spot for your unit on the dock. We have plenty of boat rental choices, from 20 or 24 foot long pontoon boats, waverunners, two man fishing boats with 6 or 8 horsepower motors and a 18 foot ski-boat. Our boat rental is a daily rate with an additional charge for gas and oil. Pets and grills are not allowed on boats.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : 72 Hour cancellation required.
In the event of foul weather the cancellation will be at our discression.
