Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : You have 7 days prior to reservation to cancel your booking free of charge. If cancelled within the 7 day window, you will be charged full amount and issued a credit for future use with no expiration.
Reserved Time Policy:
If you fail to show for your reservation, it will be forfeited. Rental time starts at the time reserved. Please check in 30 minutes prior to your reserved time to complete paperwork and renter orientation. Time lost due to late arrival or early returns will not result in a refund.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : Cancellations due to inclement weather will be determined by staff at the time of rental. In the event that we decide to cancel rentals due to weather conditions, customers will be able to rebook at no charge or issued a credit for future use with no expiration.
