Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : 100% refund until 2 weeks before booking, 50% refund until one week before booking, and no refund after that point. Exception would be for weather (unable to use boat/PWC because of unsafe weather conditions on the lake) booking will be refunded at 100% or rescheduled.
