Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Please be aware!! We offer 100% refund to any rental that is over 30 days out from the time of activity. Inside of 30 days, there will be no refunds, but we do allow you to reschedule your reservation any time within a 24 month period. No exceptions.
Drivers who appear intoxicated, hungover, or unfit to drive will be allowed to transfer their rental to different, safer time slot based on availability.
