Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers can receive a full Refund with a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation from the time their activity was booked. All Cancellations must be made by phone call only, Email, Text and Voice mail are not accepted. Customers that cancel after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for a refund and will be charged, Customers can also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, this call is to be made by Management only at the time of rental. Customers may make changes to the reservation without any fees if it is outside the 24-hour cancellation period. Contact us by phone 727-397-1050 to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-Shows or Late Arrivals will be charged the full price. There are no Rebates/Refunds for Late Arrivals or Early Returns. We regret we cannot make exceptions to these policies.
