Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : Although reservations are non-refundable and must be settled in full at the time of reservation, if management should decide it is unsafe for you to be on a boat, you will be informed by Chautauqua Marina management, and we would give you a time credit for any time lost. Time credits can be rescheduled for the remainder of the current season and even for the following season. After that the credit expires.
