In 2000, Owner Chris Braswell and his son, Jeremy, were coming back from whitewater rafting when they saw a for sale sign while passing by along the shore of Lake Sinclair. Chris Braswell purchased the property and began developing it into what you see today. Our pricing has stayed consistent over the years to accommodate our loyal patrons! We know our name is unique! Jere-Shai Lakeside is a combination of Chris’ children’s names: Jeremy and Shaina.
