Navajo Lake Marina is your gateway to fun on beautiful Navajo Lake. Located inside New Mexico’s second-largest state park, Navajo Lake Marina is the place to be for boating, water sports and fishing; and there’s camping nearby in the park. The marina is situated on the southern end of the reservoir, which stretches for more than 35 miles through the pinion and cedar covered hills of northern New Mexico and southern Colorado. At an elevation of 6,100 feet, Navajo Lake offers visitors warm summer days for boating and cool nights for camping along its many secluded coves.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : SMALL WATERCRAFT POLICIES: If you must cancel your small watercraft reservation (PWC, ski boat, fishing boat, etc.), you must notify us at least 3 days prior to your check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty. Any cancellations received within 3 days of your departure date will result in the full rental amount charged to your credit card on file.
HOUSEBOAT CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel your houseboat reservation, notify us at least 60 days prior to your check-in date and your deposit will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee per houseboat. Cancellations received between 59 and 45 days prior to check-in date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to your deposit amount. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to scheduled check-in date are subject to forfeiture of total prepayment.

Note: We understand that pets are part of the family and that leaving the little guy (or gal) at home while you’re on vacation is not a great option all the time. As such, pets are allowed aboard your houseboat or lodging rental for a $15.00 per day non-refundable pet fee, per pet.
