- Madison, WI This 19' Deck Boat holds up to 11 passengers and has a 115hp outboard motor. It is specially equipped to tow tubers (with a tube rented from Capitol Boat Club ONLY), has a bimini top for shade, a swim deck on the back, and a bluetooth stereo. All the required equipment is on board including PFDs, anchor, dock lines, and fire extinguisher.
