Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to your reserved date are eligible for a full refund less 10% processing fee.  Cancellations within 14 days of your reservation will receive a 50% refund.

Note : Advantage Outdoor Rentals will not allow departures in unsafe weather conditions. If the staff determines that current or future conditions are unsafe to rent the pontoon then the reservation will be postponed or cancelled. Every attempt will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay. If we are unable to reschedule your tour, you will receive a full refund.

Note :   A non-refundable fuel charge of $75 will be applied as part of the reservation process, therefore you are not expected to top off prior to returning the boat to the launch We generally open for the season Memorial Day weekend through October 1st for the fall color tours.  We are available by phone from 8am – 8 pm. There is a $40 Cleaning Fee and $50 Fuel Fee along with a required $400 security deposit for this rental As part of the reservation process, you authorize Advantage Outdoor Rentals to charge your major credit card a damage deposit of $500 in addition to any other applicable rental charges, booking fees, other taxes, fuel surcharges or other incidentals. If our crew determines that there are damages during your rental, the default charge of $500 will be applied immediately to the credit card.
