Cancellations are NOT allowed on a holiday or holiday weekends. If a cancellation takes place at any time after booking on a holiday or holiday weekend no refunds will be issued. You may not cancel and rebook on the same day as your original reservation There is a $100.00 minimum cancellation fee- if you cancel with more than a week before the reservation (7 days or 168 hours prior to reservation date/ time). Cancellations within 7 days of your the rental, date will forfeit 100% of the rental amount. If you do not show up or cancel the day of rental, your credit card will be charged for the full rental amount. If you are 30 minutes late for your rental time, your reservation may be canceled and you will be charged for the full rental amount. There is no refund or credit for any unused time or early returns.
