If your reservation was booked online, you may cancel without penalty up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, are unable to meet the security deposit requirement or do not show up, you will pay a $20 cancellation fee for non-motorized equipment, and 100% of the rental cost for boat and wave runner rentals. To cancel an online reservation, please call the location where your rental is booked or email amy@adventurewatersports.com. There will be no refunds for any cancellations if booked at our office.
