You can cancel your charter for any reason up to 7 days before your charter and receive a full refund of your deposit and/or payment (if already paid). You will get a full refund of the amount paid if your trip is canceled on the day of your charter due to the weather (PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DECISION TO CANCEL FOR THE WEATHER MUST BE MADE BY THE CAPTAIN ONLY). If the trip is not canceled within the 7 day window, the deposit and any payments made will be forfeited. If a deposit is made, the final balance is due 48 hours before the trip. The remainder balance will be charged to the card on file, unless otherwise specified. We do not accept cash payments. Failure to pay the remainder balance will result in a loss of deposit and cancellation of the trip.

Note : The captains’ have a good radar app and will make the call on the weather an hour before the charter. Please note: The call on the weather can ONLY be made by the captain. You will get a full refund of amount paid if your trip is canceled due to inclimate weather. In the off season, it can get down into the 50s. We would suggest wearing warmer clothing, as we have blankets on board. Cold weather will not prevent the charter from operating.
