Single Day Non-Holiday Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the rental you are responsible for a $100 cancellation fee, and you will receive a $100 boat rental certificate to use for any future rental. Holidays and Holiday Period Rental Cancellations: (Memorial Day weekend: 5/23/20 - 5/25/20, 7/3/20 - 7/6/20, and Labor Day weekend: 9/5/20 - 9/7/20)  Cancellations 8 or more days prior to the reservation will be refunded the full amount.  Cancellations 7 or less days before will be issued a gift certificate for the full amount that never expires. Multi-day and Weekly Rental Cancellations: Multi-day and weekly rentals pay the full rental amount at the time of reservation when the dock location is approved.   Cancellations 8 or more days prior to your reservation will be refunded the full rental amount. Cancellations 7 days or less before the rental starts will be issued a gift certificate that never expires for the full rental amount. At the start of your rental, multi-day and weekly reservations also pay a $500 damage deposit. If the boat is returned without damage, the damage deposit will be refunded.

Note : A major credit card is required for all reservations.  We do not accept debit cards for reservations. You may pay with a debit card or cash after your boat rental is complete, but a credit card must be on the reservation for security. Please make sure to bring the credit card used for the reservation and your driver's license with you even if you will be paying another way.
