Cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours of the reservation will receive a partial refund minus $200. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation will be charged the full amount of the rental. Renters who do not cancel and do not show up on the date of their reservation will be charged the full amount of the rental.
Note : In the event that severe or unsafe weather cuts rental time short, the amount of the rental will be prorated based on time used at Erwin Boat Rentals’ discretion. In case of severe weather prior to the reservation, Erwin Boat Rentals will reschedule if possible or refund the full rental amount as well as the deposit at Erwin Boat Rentals’ discretion.

Note : Pets are allowed. Dogs under 25 lbs. are allowed. An additional $25 fee will be added to the rental. Also, Renter is responsible for any damages as a result of a pet on board.
