Customers must pay a $50 cancellation fee regardless of when they cancel. Customers will also have to pay a $50 fee in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations within 72 hours of booking will receive a 50% refund of the total of the boat rental. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
