Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the rental period to receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the rental period will forfeit the entire deposit or may receive a credit to use at a later date.

If your rental period is rained out prior to your departure you will be able to reschedule a different rental period in the future depending on availability. There will be no refunds given due to weather conditions. Likewise, Pontoons On The Move is not responsible for closed lakes due to high water conditions you will be able to choose another lake within our territory or reschedule your rental period. No refunds will be given due to closed lakes.
