Reservations must be cancelled within two weeks of rental start date in order to receive a full refund of deposit. Reservations cancelled within 13 days of rental start date will not be refunded. Cancellations by customers for inclement weather or the potential for inclement weather will not be refunded. However, if Pointe Oasis staff deems the inclement weather too severe, then prorated refunds will be provided. No call / no show reservations will not be refunded for any reason. Charging the deposit to your credit card serves as an acceptance of this cancellation policy in which you agree not to request a chargeback from your credit card for any reason
